Over the years, she has crafted her own unique artistic universe as a full-time painter. Her contemporary and figurative paintings primarily focus on everyday subjects, seeking beauty in the mundane. Infused with a certain irony of humor, her works aim to emphasize the less serious side of life, maintaining an airy quality without losing depth. Notably, her series No Carbs portrays various hotdogs while simultaneously addressing the exaggerated online health culture.

Bieke often pushes boundaries with performance art and installations. For instance, Gracias Por Su Visita is a large-scale painting created during her artist residency in Arteventura in June 2022 and was available for purchase in its entirety. If unsold, she cut it during a live performance at the finissage.

Her art has been exhibited in galleries such as VCRB Gallery in Antwerp, Urvanity Art in Madrid, and MAD home of creators in Brussels.
